【问题描述】
在使用vivado软件进行仿真时，软件报错：[USF-XSim-62] 'elaborate' step failed with error(s) while executing 'E:/xxx/xxx.sim/sim_1/behav/xsim/elaborate.bat' script. Please check that the file has the correct 'read/write/execute' permissions and the Tcl console output for any other possible errors or warnings.

【报错原因及解决办法】

可能原因1：仿真代码中存在语法错误
解决办法：检查tb中是否存在语法问题

可能原因2：在使用硬件管理器连接了硬件的同时，进行了仿真操作。该情况下软件通常会提醒无法在调试情况下进行仿真，此时如果关闭硬件管理器，进行仿真，vivado便会闪退从而造成xsimk.exe进程卡死（这里笔者使用的vivado2018.3，应该属于软件bug）。此时如果重新打开工程进行仿真便会报该错误。

解决办法：打开任务管理器，找到xsimk.exe进程，关闭后再进行仿真即可。
